Step-by-step guidance for planning and fitting wall panelling at home.
1. Plan your layout
Measure your wall and mark the panelling height, rail positions and stile spacing with a spirit level.
2. Fix the rails
Fit the bottom rail, then the top rail, using panel adhesive and pins.
3. Fit the stiles
Space the vertical stiles evenly between the rails.
4. Finish
Fill pin holes, caulk the joints, then prime and paint.
